Black Currant & Saffron Samhain Candle

Unit price  per

This fragrance reminds us of a seductive magical concoction, a unique blend of berries, aromatic herbs, florals and warm amber. Luscious black currants, and blackberries fade into a bouquet of rose and violet with a woodsy, rich base of saffron with a hint of leather, tonka bean and vetiver.

Dyed black with an "Eco" dye. Samhain (pronounced “sah-win”) at it’s roots, was an ancient Gaelic festival celebrated on the night of October 31st by burning bonfires, lighting candles, honoring the dead, and feasting. Many of our Halloween traditions can be traced back to this celebration.

Allow your candle to burn for 3-4 hours at a time and allow wax to melt to the edge of the container to prevent tunneling. Trim your wick to 1/4 inch every time you burn your candle. Make sure your wick stays centered. Once you’re finished burning your candle, clean out the container and refill, reuse or recycle.

Don't burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts.  Never leave candles burning unattended. For safety, stop burning your candle when ¼ inch of wax remains. Keep out of reach of children.
