Pumpkin Spice & Everything Nice: It’s Time to get Cozy!

I know so many of us feel like it’s been the longest, quickest year. Whether we like it or not, the holidays are right around the corner again. 

At 1502 Candle Co., autumn and winter are our favorite time of year. The shorter days and cooler nights are perfect candle-burning weather.

Toasted Cardamom & Pumpkin

Obviously, we have to kick off the release of our seasonal fragrances by talking about pumpkins. As ocean levels rise, political divides deepen, and the world as we know it continues to get weirder every day (just us?), pumpkins and everything they represent remain a comforting fixed point in a changing universe.

Toasted Cardamom & Pumpkin, is our take on the Pumpkin and Spice rage. We like to think of it at Pumpkin and Spice's mature older sister. It's spicy, sweet and sophisticated. Think fresh-from-the-oven pumpkin pie, cozy sweaters, and fireplaces. This candle fragrance will make you feel all the autumn feels.

Cider & Cedar Leaf

Is fresh and earthy more your autumnal style? Cider & Cedar Leaf evokes chilly evenings warmed by mugs of sweet spiced cider and long walks through spiraling multicolored leaves.

This is our personal autumn favorite. Cinnamon stick and orange peel brighten base notes of chestnut and cedar, harmoniously balanced with the scent of fresh leaves and of course, apple cider. 

Sweet Berry & Pine

Sweet Berry & Pine is our go-to holiday fragrance. Reminiscent of evergreen boughs on the mantel decorated with beautiful red berries it gives us all the festive feels.  Top notes of sweet cranberries and red currant blend with fir balsam, pine needles, and cedar will make you want to cozy up with your loved ones.

Blue Spruce & Ember

Blue Spruce & Ember, This fragrance was inspired by camping trips  to the Eastern Sierras. And, although offered all year long, really shines this time of year. Top notes of evergreen trees – spruce, fir balsam, and pine needles. Middle notes of cinnamon, amber and base notes of ash, smoke and patchouli. This fragrance is a good alternative if you don't want the sweetness that Sweet Berry & Pine offers.
